The Tweed Shire city of the Arts 2003-2005 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural program was created to nurture skills, provide training, and foster a better understanding and appreciation of the history and heritage of local Indigenous culture. The projects were designed as vehicles to record and preserve memoirs, personal and community stories. The film below retraces the story of the program.
