In August 2008 I returned to the Kimberley to make a film with Nyikina people about the construction of the Majala Wilderness Centre, a facility built at the Balkinjirr Community, to provide a space for learning, education, sharing culture and retreats for Indigenous and non-Indigenous people. This is the story of the people involved in this community vision.
